A mum to 2 daughters with a passion for health, wellness and low-tox living and now an online business owner.

In the Spring of 2023 I took part in a personal growth programme that helped me to uncover who I truly was. The years of masking as a neurodivergent, conforming to societal norms and then motherhood had made me lose sight of my true self and this programme helped me to peel back the layers, discover myself again and bring to the surface my true values and core beliefs.

And that’s when I realised that there was more to life than the working and school week, that I want and deserve more from life for my family and me.

Fast forward to October 2024 when I launched my online business after finding this amazing opportunity. I’m now working towards both financial and time freedom for my family and me.

To live a simpler and slower life. To be able to spend more time together doing the things that we love and enjoy when we want and to also be able to continue to afford the growing natural and low tox lifestyle that we lead.

But I haven’t just started an online business. I’ve also joined a community of wonderful likeminded women who support and encourage each other daily, all working on their business and mindset reaching towards the life they know they truly deserve.
